Shipping Disclaimer
We offer 2-Day Shipping and Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday only. Orders placed with expedited shipping on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Overnight Shipping:
If your order is shipped on a Friday, it may not arrive until Monday due to carrier delivery schedules. If you purchase Overnight Shipping on a Friday or Saturday, your order will not ship until Monday. For same day shipping, your order must be placed before 3:00 PM EST.
Ex.
If you place your order on a Tuesday at 11:00 AM EST, your order will go out on Tuesday. If you place your order on a Tuesday after 3pm EST, your order will go out on Wednesday, meaning you will receive your order on Thursday.
2-Day Shipping:
Orders placed on Friday after 3pm or over the weekend will ship on Monday.
We always ship orders promptly and select the correct service. However, once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery times are ultimately determined by the carrier.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the purchaser upon transfer to the carrier. Once a shipment has been handed off, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided are considered fulfilled once delivery is confirmed by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If the delay is caused by the carrier, you will need to submit a claim directly with them.
We will gladly provide all necessary shipment details to assist you in filing your claim.
If the delay is due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund for your shipping cost.
Delivery Confirmation
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier, including those with delivery or signature confirmation, are considered successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages
If you purchase shipping insurance, your order is protected against loss, damage, or delivery issues.
If you do not purchase shipping insurance, an investigation may be conducted. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

Due to the specialized nature of our products and their intended use for research purposes only, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds under any circumstances once an order has been delivered.
Because we cannot verify post-delivery handling, storage conditions, environmental exposure, or experimental variables, we are unable to guarantee product integrity after it leaves our facility. As such, returned items cannot be accepted.
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee that all materials meet the listed specifications for identity, mass, and purity at the time of shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives physically damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. All claims must include clear photographic evidence of the outer packaging, shipping label, product(s) received, and any visible damage.
All claims are subject to review, and any resolution—including replacement—is provided solely at our discretion.
Due to the technical and sensitive nature of these materials, observable changes after delivery—such as cloudiness, clumping, precipitation, or incomplete dissolution—are not considered shipping damage. These outcomes are most commonly associated with variables including, but not limited to, solvent selection, preparation methods, concentration, pH, storage conditions, and environmental exposure.
Because post-delivery handling and experimental conditions cannot be verified once a product leaves our controlled facility, responsibility for proper handling, storage, preparation, and use transfers entirely to the purchaser upon delivery. Accordingly, we do not accept damage claims related to post-delivery handling, preparation techniques, or experimental outcomes.
Refunds (If Applicable)
As stated above, all sales are final and refunds are not offered under normal circumstances.
In limited cases where a refund is approved at our sole discretion—such as verified order errors, duplicate charges, or approved damage claims—refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
At our sole discretion, refunds may alternatively be issued via Cash App or Zelle. The method of refund will be determined by us and is final once issued.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after determination, subject to payment provider processing times.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be considered a violation of this agreement and our Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide all relevant order information, including order confirmations, delivery confirmation, IP address data, and communication records, to the payment processor to dispute the claim.
Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.
Final Notes
We reserve the right to review and resolve any order-related issue at our sole discretion, including but not limited to replacement, store credit, or refund where deemed appropriate.
All determinations made by Explicit SARMS regarding claims, refunds, replacements, or order disputes are final.
