Shipping Disclaimer
We offer 2-Day Shipping and Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday only. Orders placed with expedited shipping on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Overnight Shipping:
- If your order is shipped on a Friday, it may not arrive until Monday due to carrier delivery schedules.
- If you purchase Overnight Shipping on a Friday or Saturday, your order will not ship until Monday.
2-Day Shipping:
- Orders placed on Friday after 3pm or over the weekend will ship on Monday.
We always ship orders promptly and select the correct service. However, once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery times are ultimately determined by the carrier.
If the delay is caused by the carrier, you will need to submit a claim directly with them.
We will gladly provide all necessary shipment details to assist you in filing your claim.
If the delay is due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund for your shipping cost.
Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages
If you purchase shipping insurance, your order is protected against loss, damage, or delivery issues.
If you do not purchase shipping insurance, an investigation will be conducted. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
