Shipping Disclaimer

We offer 2-Day Shipping and Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday only. Orders placed with expedited shipping on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Overnight Shipping:

  • If your order is shipped on a Friday, it may not arrive until Monday due to carrier delivery schedules.
  • If you purchase Overnight Shipping on a Friday or Saturday, your order will not ship until Monday.

2-Day Shipping:

  • Orders placed on Friday after 3pm or over the weekend will ship on Monday.

We always ship orders promptly and select the correct service. However, once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery times are ultimately determined by the carrier.

  • If the delay is caused by the carrier, you will need to submit a claim directly with them.

  • We will gladly provide all necessary shipment details to assist you in filing your claim.

  • If the delay is due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund for your shipping cost.

 

Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

  • If you purchase shipping insurance, your order is protected against loss, damage, or delivery issues.

  • If you do not purchase shipping insurance, an investigation will be conducted. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@explicitsarms.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is typically covered by us; however, this is determined at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

  • Customers must use the return label we provide.

Exchanges

If your item is unopened and unused, you may request an exchange by initiating a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be sent out.

Damaged Items

  • If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

  • We may offer a replacement at our discretion based on the provided evidence.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Once the returned item is received, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
