Welcome to Explicit SARMS (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Explicit Research. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase any products.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age, or older where required by law, to purchase any products from this website. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.
2. Research Use Only Disclaimer
All products sold or distributed by Explicit SARMS (“Products”) are intended strictly and exclusively for laboratory research and development purposes only.
Under no circumstances are the Products intended for, or permitted to be used for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical use, use as drugs, dietary supplements, food, food additives, or medical devices, cosmetic, agricultural, or household applications, or any use outside of a controlled laboratory research setting.
Any use of the Products outside of lawful laboratory research is strictly prohibited.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice or instructions for human or animal use.
3. FDA Status
The Products offered by Explicit SARMS have not been evaluated, approved, cleared, or authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any use, whether clinical, experimental, or otherwise.
The Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, or medical devices, and may not be used in or on humans or animals.
4. Purchaser Representations
By placing an order with Explicit SARMS, you represent, warrant, and agree that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, institution, or business entity with the appropriate knowledge, training, and facilities to safely handle research materials, that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the Products, that you will not resell, distribute, or divert the Products for any prohibited or unlawful use, and that you assume full responsibility for ensuring lawful and compliant use of the Products after purchase.
5. Ordering and Payment
We accept payments via CashApp, Zelle, credit card, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
6. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) on a business day (Monday through Friday) will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will ship on the following business day.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We primarily use USPS, though alternate carriers may be used at our discretion.
Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended. Orders placed without shipping insurance are not covered for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
7. Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-day returns and exchanges. Items must be unopened and unused to qualify. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at [email protected]. If an order has already shipped, the product must be returned unopened using the provided return instructions before a refund can be issued.
9. Subscriptions
Subscription orders are billed automatically each month. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by emailing [email protected]. If a subscription order has already shipped, the product must be returned unopened before a refund can be processed.
10. Customer Data & Privacy
We collect limited customer data including name, address, email, and IP address. We use Google Analytics and similar third-party tools for analytics purposes. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties, except as required to process transactions or comply with law.
11. Affiliate Program and Reviews
We operate an affiliate program governed by separate program terms. Customer reviews may be submitted. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are misleading, offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise violate our policies.
12. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that the Products may involve inherent hazards and voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with the possession, handling, storage, use, or disposal of the Products.
13. No Warranties
All Products are provided “as-is” and “with all faults.” Explicit SARMS makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or safety.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Explicit Research, Explicit SARMS, and their owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or misuse of the website or Products.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Explicit Research, Explicit SARMS, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
16. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if misuse, unlawful intent, or non-compliance is suspected.
17. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
