A PDF certificate can be edited by anyone. Accumark Labs solves that with AccuVerify, a page on its own website that shows the original report for any report ID. Here is how to use it, step by step, with one of our real certificates.
Step 1: Find the report ID
Every Accumark COA prints a sample code, such as S43G-2L65, in the header and again at the bottom next to a QR code.
Step 2: Open AccuVerify
Scan the QR code, or go to accumarklabs.com/accuverify/?accuverify_code=S43G-2L65. Replace the code at the end with the one on your certificate.
Step 3: Read the confirmation
A valid code shows an Authenticity Confirmed notice stating that the result was generated by Accumark Labs and has not been altered, followed by the report details.
Step 4: Compare line by line

If any number differs from the PDF you were given, trust the portal.
Step 5: Match the lot to your product
A verified report proves the certificate is real. It only describes your product if the lot number matches the one on your vial or bottle.

Where do I verify an Accumark COA?
On Accumark Labs’ AccuVerify portal at accumarklabs.com/accuverify/, using the report ID printed on the certificate, or by scanning its QR code.
What does a verified report show?
It shows an Authenticity Confirmed notice, the report ID, the client, the batch or lot, sample dates, each test result and an interactive HPLC chromatogram.
What should I compare?
Compare the report ID, lot number, dates and every result on the portal with the PDF you were given, and the lot with the one on your product.
Why do the PDFs on your site look different from the portal?
We removed lab staff names, signatures and our contact block from the posted copies. No result or lot number was changed, and the portal shows the original.
What if the code does not verify?
Treat the certificate as unconfirmed and contact the seller. For our products, reach us through the contact page.
