Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically shipped same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS. Standard delivery is UPS Ground, with UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air available at checkout. Free basic shipping is included on all orders over $150.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no identifying product information on the outside of the package. Products are packed with insulation and ice packs where required to maintain compound integrity during transit.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (research compounds), all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs; if it was delivered as addressed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Explicit Research is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim. Contact us and we will assist where possible.
