Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically shipped same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days of shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Free shipping is included on all orders over $150.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no identifying product information on the outside of the package. Products are packed with insulation and ice packs where required to maintain compound integrity during transit.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (research compounds), all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Explicit Research is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office and file a missing mail claim with USPS. Contact us and we will assist where possible.
