Where do your products come from?
Our products are made by domestic manufacturing partners in the USA. We do not relabel anonymous bulk powder, and every batch keeps its lot number from manufacture until it ships.
How are your products tested?
Each batch is tested at three stages: twice by our manufacturer (when the raw material arrives and after processing or lyophilization), then independently by Accumark, a third-party lab, on our behalf when we receive the finished batch. Can I see a COA before or after I buy?
Yes. Contact us through our contact page or at [email protected] with the product and lot number, and we will send the COA. Our guide on how to read a COA lists what to check. Our lab results page is being expanded as COAs are published.

What is your returns policy?
Because of the research nature of our products, all sales are final. If an order arrives physically damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photos, and we will review the claim.
Do you give usage or dosing advice?
No. We sell research compounds for laboratory use only and do not provide usage guidance of any kind.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
